The LG UltraGear evo G9 52G930B-B is a flagship 52-inch 5K2K ultra-wide curved gaming monitor built for immersive high-end PC and console gaming. Combining an enormous 5120 × 2160 resolution, aggressive 1000R curvature, ultra-fast 240Hz refresh rate, and 1ms GtG response time, it delivers an expansive panoramic gaming experience with exceptional detail and fluid motion.
Its ultra-wide 21:9 format provides significantly more horizontal viewing space than conventional 16:9 displays, making it ideal for racing simulators, open-world games, flight simulators, cinematic titles, competitive gaming, and advanced multitasking.
Massive 52-Inch 5K2K Ultra-Wide Display
The expansive 52-inch 5K2K panel delivers a resolution of 5120 × 2160, combining ultra-wide viewing with UHD-level vertical detail.
With a screen height comparable to a large 42-inch 4K 16:9 monitor, the 21:9 aspect ratio provides a broader field of view while maintaining excellent image detail across the entire display.
Immersive 1000R Curvature
The monitor's pronounced 1000R curvature wraps the display around the user's natural field of view, helping keep more of the enormous screen comfortably visible at a glance.
This creates a more immersive experience in racing, simulation, open-world, and cinematic games while reducing the need to constantly shift focus across a large flat display.
Ultra-Fast 240Hz Refresh Rate
A high 240Hz refresh rate delivers smooth, responsive motion for fast-paced gameplay.
Rapid camera movements, racing sequences, FPS combat, and competitive action appear clearer and more controlled, with reduced motion blur compared with conventional lower-refresh-rate displays.
1ms GtG Response Time
The fast 1ms GtG response time helps minimize ghosting and motion smearing during rapid on-screen transitions.
This improves motion clarity during competitive gaming and helps maintain sharp visuals when tracking fast-moving objects.
VESA DisplayHDR 600 & 95% DCI-P3
Certified VESA DisplayHDR 600 support enhances compatible HDR games and multimedia with brighter highlights, improved contrast, and better detail across dark and bright scenes.
With up to 95% DCI-P3 color coverage, the monitor produces rich and vibrant colors suitable for immersive gaming, entertainment, and visually demanding content.
AMD FreeSync Premium
Integrated AMD FreeSync Premium helps synchronize the monitor's refresh rate with compatible graphics hardware.
This reduces screen tearing and stuttering while maintaining low-latency performance, helping games remain smooth even when frame rates fluctuate.
DisplayPort 2.1 for High-Bandwidth Gaming
The LG 52G930B-B features DisplayPort 2.1, providing the high bandwidth required for demanding high-resolution, high-refresh-rate gaming configurations.
This makes it particularly suitable for powerful gaming PCs designed to drive the monitor's 5K2K resolution at extremely high frame rates.
HDMI 2.1 for PC & Console Gaming
HDMI 2.1 connectivity provides compatibility with modern gaming PCs and supported next-generation consoles.
Its high-bandwidth interface supports high-resolution gaming and high refresh rates, making the monitor flexible for both desktop and console-based gaming setups.
USB-C with 90W Power Delivery
The integrated USB Type-C connection can handle display, data, and up to 90W Power Delivery through a single cable.
Compatible laptops can therefore connect to the display while charging at the same time, simplifying workstation setups and reducing cable clutter.
Built-In Stereo Speakers
Integrated stereo speakers provide convenient onboard audio for gaming, streaming, and everyday entertainment.
For private gaming and communication, the monitor also includes a 4-pole headphone connection, supporting compatible headsets with audio and microphone functionality.
Ergonomic Gaming Stand
The adjustable stand provides flexible positioning for such a large-format display, supporting:
Height adjustment
Tilt adjustment
Swivel adjustment
This allows gamers to optimize the monitor's viewing position according to their desk setup and seating position.
