Featuring a robust IP65-certified enclosure, this node is fully protected against dust and water jets. It is built to withstand extreme climates, with an operational temperature range from -30°C to 60°C, and includes built-in surge and electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection, ensuring your network remains operational regardless of the season.
Performance is equally impressive, offering combined dual-band speeds of up to 3600 Mbps. With Multi-Link Operation (MLO) and 4K-QAM, the BD4 provides stable, high-bandwidth connectivity for outdoor streaming, security cameras, or remote work setups. Installation is simplified through Power over Ethernet (PoE) support via its dual 2.5G ports, eliminating the need for complex outdoor electrical wiring.
For the modern smart home, the BD4 integrates seamlessly into your existing ASUS AiMesh ecosystem, allowing you to create a unified network name that spans your entire property—indoors and out. It also supports Smart Home Master, letting you establish up to three distinct SSIDs for IoT devices, guest access, and parental controls, all protected by commercial-grade AiProtection Pro.
