The UBIQUITI NanoStation® M5 (NSM5) is a high-performance 5 GHz airMAX CPE designed for Point-to-MultiPoint (PtMP) and Point-to-Point (PtP) wireless deployments. Combining a directional panel antenna with dual-linear MIMO technology, it delivers stable long-range connectivity in a compact, weather-resistant design suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations.
Built by Ubiquiti, the NSM5 is widely used by ISPs and enterprise networks to extend broadband coverage with excellent throughput, low latency, and strong interference resistance.
Product Overview
Operating in the 5 GHz frequency band, the NanoStation M5 supports 150+ Mbps real throughput and link distances of 15+ km under optimal conditions. It integrates seamlessly with airMAX TDMA technology, which improves network efficiency, scalability, and performance compared to standard Wi-Fi protocols.
With two 10/100 Ethernet ports, one supporting Passive PoE, the NSM5 allows flexible power and data passthrough—ideal for powering additional devices such as IP cameras.
