The airMAX NanoStation M2 (NSM2) from Ubiquiti is a compact yet powerful 2.4 GHz airMAX® CPE bridge designed for reliable Point-to-Point (PtP) and Point-to-MultiPoint (PtMP) wireless deployments. Integrating a high-gain 10.4–11.2 dBi dual-polarity panel antenna with 2×2 MIMO technology, the NanoStation M2 delivers stable long-range connectivity for WISPs, campus links, CCTV backhaul, and last-mile access.
Built around a 400 MHz Atheros MIPS processor with 32 MB RAM and 8 MB flash, the NSM2 is optimized for efficient throughput and low power consumption. It features two 10/100 Ethernet ports and supports 24V passive PoE, allowing one port to power the device while the secondary port can pass data and power to downstream devices (such as IP cameras). Housed in a UV-stabilized outdoor enclosure and supplied with a pole-mount kit, it’s ready for both indoor and outdoor installations. Configuration and monitoring are handled via airOS® for straightforward setup and management.
