The NanoStation AC Loco (Loco-5AC) from Ubiquiti is a compact, high-performance 5 GHz airMAX AC radio designed for Point-to-Point (PtP) and Point-to-MultiPoint (PtMP) deployments. Powered by an updated airMAX AC chipset and airOS 8, it delivers 450+ Mbps real throughput with a 10+ km link range, making it an excellent choice for WISPs, building-to-building links, and last-mile connectivity.
Despite its small footprint, the Loco-5AC packs serious performance: a Gigabit Ethernet port, wide channel bandwidth support up to 80 MHz, and a 13 dBi dual-polarity antenna with a 45° beamwidth for stable, interference-resistant links. The UV-stabilized outdoor enclosure and included pole-mount kit ensure fast, reliable installation in almost any environment.
