The PowerBeam PBE-5AC-500 from Ubiquiti is a carrier-class 5 GHz airMAX ac wireless bridge built for long-range, high-throughput Point-to-Point (PtP) and Point-to-MultiPoint (PtMP) deployments. Delivering 450+ Mbps real throughput and a range of up to 25+ km, it’s an ideal solution for ISPs, enterprise backhaul, and remote site connectivity.
At the core is next-generation airMAX ac technology powered by airOS v7, which uses TDMA scheduling to improve latency, noise immunity, and scalability. InnerFeed® Technology integrates the radio directly into the antenna feedhorn—eliminating RF cable losses and maximizing signal efficiency. The 27 dBi high-gain dish provides excellent beam directivity, ensuring clean links even in high-noise RF environments, while the protective radome shields the radio from harsh weather.
